During the event the client is entitled to:

• Information about health & safety, breaks, refreshments/lunch, facilities/toilets, confidentiality, whistle blowing, event timings and an appropriate introduction from the trainer
• An explanation to what will be covered and the outcomes expected
• Trainers with relevant training and experience
• Professional teaching methods that meet group and individual needs, taking account of varying knowledge, skills and learning styles
• A ratio of trainer to trainee that is appropriate to the event
• Use of up to date training equipment and methods in an environment condusive to learning
• The course being run to scheduled times unless exceptional circumstances prevail

After the event the client is entitled to:

• A constructive review of performance
• Information, advice and guidance regarding additional learning opportunities
• A reminder of when their refresher courses are due
• Receipt of a signed certificate
• Access to quality monitoring and management information as required
• Prompt response to queries, complaints
• Feedback their evaluation of Sophistilearn Ltd’s performance
• World class customer service
